| 2 | Sailing instruction | 5. Distance Signs 5.1. The turning signs on October 13 will be signs of a fairway. 5.2. The turning signs on October 14 will be signs of a lane and a cylindrical rubber bubble of red color. 5.3. Start and finish vessels are considered as signs. 5.4. Sailing the race number 1 should be so obligatory for the passage from the ship's course there are the following signs of the lane No. 75 and No. 83. 5.5 Left racing distance. 6. Start 6.1. For all racing regattas, the start will be given according to rule 26: - the warning signal will be served 5 minutes before the start signal by lifting the flag B (Bravo) or the numeric pennant 1 (unavailable - "Yapka") - a beep; - 4 minutes Prepare R ("Daddy" - a beep); - for 1 minute the flag Preparing R ("Papa") is removed - a sound signal; - Start - remove all flags - a beep. 6.2. The starting line will be between a stock with a triangle on the starting vessel and a start mark on its left end. 6.3. Vessels that came to the starting point must register. In order to register, they must, not later than in advance of their preparatory signal, check the feeder of the launch vessel and draw the attention of the race committee. 6.4. Vessels whose warning signal has not yet been submitted must keep away from the place of the launch and the vehicles in the race. 6.5. A vessel that started more than four minutes after its start signal receives a NST (DNS) offset.
