1.1 The regatta is held for:
• Rules in accordance with the definition of “rules” in the Rules of Sailing Races 2021-2024.
• VFU instructions to PVP 2021 -2024;
• Decisions of the Council and the Presidium of the NGO "Sailing Federation of Ukraine";
• Special rules for maritime races 2020-2021 (OSR 2020-2021 WS) for races of the fourth category; The following rules are also used, which is indicated separately in each case:
• International Measurement System (IMS) Rules
• Congress Cruise Rating System (ORC Rating System Rules)
• ORC Sportboat Class Cruise Rules (ORC Sportboat Class Rules)
• Club rules of measurement of Ukraine
• for multi-hull yachts - IOMR
• In case of disagreement with transport and other vessels that do not participate in the race according to the rules in accordance with the definition of the "Rules" in the rules of sailing races 2021-2024 (except as amended by the Regulations on racing and this Sailing Instruction).
• Round-the-clock in case of divergence with transport and other vessels that do not take part in the race, and from sunset to sunrise in case of divergence with vessels that are in the race, the “Rules of navigation on inland waterways of Ukraine” apply. |
