• Organizers: Authorized organizers who carry out the general management of preparation and carrying out of competitions are the Public organization "Sailing federation of Ukraine" (further - NGO "VFU"), the separate division of NGO "VFU" "Kiev city sailing federation" (further - VP NGO "VFU" "Kiev City Sailing Federation ”), NGO“ Sailing Cruising and Racing Union of Ukraine ”(hereinafter - VKPSU), Department of Martial Arts, Competitive and Rifle Summer Olympic Sports of the Department of Olympic Sports of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Ministry of Youth) and Sports of the Kyiv City State Administration, Kyiv City Cruising Yacht Club (hereinafter - KMKYAK) with the support of Sail Races and Skipper magazine.
